The Claims Process
Step 1
Survey Visit
We will assess the damage and identify what had caused it. Once our investigation is completed, a detailed explanation will be given about the situation and how we can proceed further with your claim. Then, we will ask you to sign a letter of authority, which will legally allow us to deal with your insurer on your behalf. Now you can sit back and relax!
Step 2
Liaising with your Insurer
The insurer will appoint a loss adjuster from their side and from your side, you have appointed us to stand for you. We will directly deal with the loss adjuster, regarding your claim, to protect your rights and interests. There will be various joint meetings at your property with the loss adjuster to validate the claim.
Step 3
Schedule of work
Once the claim is validated, we prepare a recommended list of repairs to get your property back to its original condition. This will be sent to the insurance company for approval.
Step 4
Reinstatement work commences!
When the insurer approves our schedule of work, we arrange our vetted builders to start the work, at a suitable date convenient to you. We will be project managing everything during this period. Rest assured you are in safe hands!
Step 5
Completion of the work and sign off
Once we complete all the insurance approved work upon your satisfaction, we will send the invoice to your insurance company to arrange payment, for the work that has been done at your property. All that is left for you is to pay the excess amount stated on your insurance policy.
